Meet this friendly boy named Paul Newman!

Paul is a gorgeous chocolate brown and beige Burmese X who was dropped anonymously at a shelter several weeks ago.
He is estimated to be between 8 and 10 years old

He is a very big boy and is on a weight reduction diet.
Paul is not too active, preferring to snuggle or chill out, but will occasionally play with his cat nip mouse.

He is very affectionate and enjoys being around humans.
He wants to be in the same room with people, will lie beside you or rest on your lap.
He enjoys being petted and rubbing his cheeks against you, while he purrs up a storm!

Paul has perfect manners, he doesn't scratch furniture or jump on counter tops.
He's fairly quiet but will let you know when it's time for a meal with a gentle meow.

Paul Newman is currently in a home with two adults and two teenagers and he is friendly with everyone.
He gets along with the two resident cats.

Paul Newman would be better in a quiet home with adults or older children.
He could be a single cat or have a respectful cat friend. It is unknown how he is with dogs.
